   Perfection Lawn Care was incorporated in the spring of 2004. At that time it was a father and son operation. David Sr. and David were both extremely proud of their company and the great service they were providing in Ocala, The Villages and Gainesville. 

     It did not take long before the company grew to the point that they were both needed full time and, shortly after, they found they needed to hire additional employees. David began hiring and has been honored to get to know many good people in this industry throughout the years. Two of our team members truly stand out and will be mentioned here. They have become an integral part of our company. 

     Paul joined the PLC team in 2011 and was soon a crew leader, running a route independent of either owner and training new employees. He sets the bar when it comes to reliability and his technical skills are second to none. He has proven time and time again that he takes pride in his work and that he is the right man for the job. 

     Bill joined PLC Services in 2014 and quickly proved to be a great addition to our team. His dependability and commitment to customer service are truly appreciated. He is capable of running a lawn maintenance or landscaping crew and is universally appreciated by co-workers and customers alike. 

     In 2015 David Sr. officially retired and moved to a peaceful home in the mountains of North Carolina. David Jr. has since been the owner/operator and has been continuing the business with one major goal in mind. The goal is to be the best. He has updated the equipment, hired additional team members and intensified the employee training process.

     To differentiate the company from similarly named businesses, and also to encompass the landscaping services, David decided to adopt the "PLC Sevices" name in 2017. By either name, this company is still providing top quality, dependable lawn care and landscaping services. David and his wife, Rebecca, continue to ensure PLC Services provides quality service for all PLC customers.
